Before you ask
That is yours to say. Every company is cut differently, and we work with the parts you name, one at a time, starting with the one that brings the money in. Finding the next client, the client work, the money, the people, the numbers you run the company by: those are examples, not a list you have to fit.
Yes, at every step. The work comes to you or your person as a result you can open and change, the next step starts from your version, and nothing is sent, paid or published unless one of you does it. The run does not have a hand of its own.
Nothing of yours has to leave your company. We can work from the shape of your documents without a single real number in them, or inside your own walls under a signed agreement. What we build is handed over to you whole and runs there, so there is nothing on our end to store, to lose or to ask for back.
Little, and nothing you did not agree to. Each step comes to your people done to your rule, they correct it where it is wrong, and the next step starts from their correction. How it looks for them we settle with you before we build, so they have seen it before it arrives.
The first run, within days of the first conversation. The slower part is gathering the material the work lives in and what each piece of it means, and that part we do together: we ask the questions, we find the quick way to get each piece out of where it sits, and each one runs before the next is asked for.
