Alpine LTD, Bulgaria, runs this site, the forms and booking page it links to, and the social accounts named in the privacy page. Using them means you accept these terms. Questions go to support@alpine-ltd.com.

What the site is

The site describes our work and lets you write to us, answer a few questions, or book a call. Nothing on it is sold through the site itself; any engagement is agreed in writing, separately, with its own contract.

Your part

Give true information in the forms and the booking page. Do not use the site, the forms or our accounts to send spam, to scrape content, or to break any law. We may remove a booking or a form entry that does not meet these terms.

Our part

We answer messages within a few working days and treat your data as the privacy page says. The site and its content come as they are; we correct mistakes when we find them but give no warranty about the site itself.

Our social accounts

We publish to our own accounts on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok through a scheduling tool we run on our own machine. That tool posts on our behalf only, to our own accounts, through each platform's official interface, and reads only the reach of our own posts. No visitor is asked to log in through any platform, and nothing is posted on anyone else's behalf.

Content

The text, pictures and clips we publish here and on those accounts are ours, except a few photos used under the free Unsplash licence and the platforms' own logos. Quote them with a link back; do not resell them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss from using this site or reading our posts. Anything we build for a client is covered by that client's contract, not by this page.

Law and changes

Bulgarian law applies. When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
